Mayor’s Message

September 2021

On behalf of the Municipality of Middlesex Centre, it is my pleasure to welcome the Komoka Kings for another thrilling year of hometown hockey.

After all of the ups and downs of 2020-21, we are all excited to see the Kings’ players and their coaches back this season, bringing their infectious energy and passion for the sport of hockey.

This passion carries over into our community, visible in the dedication of the local volunteers, business sponsors, and hockey fans. I want to thank all of you for your showing your hometown pride by supporting our Komoka Kings.

As a community partner, Middlesex Centre is honoured to host the Kings at the state-of-the-art Komoka Wellness and Recreation Centre. The Wellness Centre is a place for all residents to enjoy, whether you are catching a game, visiting the library, or taking part in a fitness program. Come see what we have to offer!

Hockey is a sport that brings us together as communities and as a nation. Thank-you for supporting our local team, and for cheering on these young hockey stars. Go Kings Go!
