Mt. Brydges, ON native Easton Cowan spent the 2021-2022 season with the Komoka Kings, his first foray into junior hockey. In his season in Komoka, Cowan put up 11 goals and 23 assists for 34 points in just 24 games, helping lead the Kings to their most successful regular season ever. Cowan, who had been drafted by the London Knights in the OHL in 2021, then went on to play for London, where has put up 55 goals and 96 assists for 151 points in 146 games through two seasons. Cowan won the OHL Championship with the London Knights in 2023-2024, while also representing Team Canada at the World Junior Hockey Championship that same season. In 2023, he was the first round pick (28th overall) of the Toronto Maple Leafs of the National Hockey League. The Kings are tremendously proud of Easton, and look forward to seeing the continued growth of his hockey career!

London, ON, native Ryan McAllister spent the 2018-2019 season with the Komoka Kings. Acquired midseason via trade with London, Ryan found his groove in Komoka, putting up four goals and 14 assists for 18 points in 16 games as a King. In the playoffs that year, Ryan had 8 points in 12 games, helping get the Kings a win away from the GOJHL’s Western Conference Finals. After that season, Ryan spent time in both the BCHL and the AJHL, before committing to Western Michigan University (NCAA D1) for the 2022-2023 season. After one, impressive season at Western Michigan (13-36-49 in 39 GP), McAllister was signed by the Florida Panthers to an entry-level deal. He has played 41 games in the Panthers organization with the AHL’s Charlotte Checkers, posting nine goals and 15 assists for 24 points. The Kings are tremendously proud of Ryan, and look forward to seeing the continued growth of his hockey career!

Dario Beljo

A native of Sudbury, ON, Dario Beljo came to the Komoka Kings in the 2018-2019 season, after being selected by the London Knights in the 2018 OHL Draft. In 92 games across two seasons in Komoka, Dario put up 40 goals and 54 assists for 94 points, and, like McAllister, helped Komoka to a deep playoff run in 2018-19. After those two years spent with the Kings, Beljo went to play out west, before committing to American International College (NCAA D1), where he enters his second year in 2024-2025, after a successful first season, putting up 2-4-6 in 16 GP. The Kings are tremendously proud of Dario, and look forward to seeing the continued growth of his hockey career! |

Sarnia native Franco Sproviero (1998-08-05) played for the Komoka Kings’ former Lambton Shores Predators in the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons playing in 60 games, scoring 14 goals and 85 assists for 99 points. He was a draft pick in 2014 by the Sarnia Sting of the OHL and played 18 games for the Sting during those seasons. In 2016-17 he became a full time OHLer where he continued into the 2017-18 season. He now plays for Western University, and had a stint in the ECHL with the Kalamazoo Wings. Additionally, Sproviero was an assistant coach for the Kings in the 2023-2024 season. The Kings are tremendously proud of Franco, and look forward to seeing the continued growth of his hockey career! |
