The Komoka Kings are pleased to announce that the club has acquired goaltender Zack Irvin from the St. Thomas Stars.
Irvin, 17, stands 6’4/197 and hails from Dorchester, ON. He played in 15 games for the Stars this season, with a record of 3-9-2, a goals against average of 5.40 and a save percentage of .875. He is a 2023 10th-round draft pick of the Soo Greyhounds, of the OHL. Irvin is a former Elgin-Middlesex Canuck, who, in his U18 year, put up a record of 14-3-2 in 19 GP with a 1.71 goals against average.
The Kings have also traded goaltender Ryan Burroughs to the Sarnia Legionnaires. The club would like to thank him for his contributions to the team.
